efficiency. The following policy applies to all Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Order (website
collection only) purchases.

Processing Times
Ready-to-Wear Items
- Processing time: 3–5 business days
- Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

Made-to-Order (Website Collection Only)
- Production window: 3–8 weeks, depending on the design.
- Applies only to made-to-order items listed on our website.
- Does not apply to full custom couture orders from consultations.
- Rush options may be available for an additional fee.
- All made-to-order items are final sale.

Shipping Rates
Free Shipping
- All U.S. orders over $300 qualify for FREE standard shipping.

Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Shipping rates for orders under $300 are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping
- Delivery estimate: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is
shipped.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Maison de Mawollie is not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs
- Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier

Multiple-Item Orders
Orders containing multiple products may ship separately depending on inventory and
production timelines.

Please verify your shipping information before submitting your order. To request an
address update, email info@maisondemawollie.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

- Made-to-Order (website) items are non-refundable.
- Ready-to-Wear items follow our Return & Exchange Policy.
