Bridal/ Custom made evening-wear
If you’re interested in creating any custom gowns, please contact us directly to schedule a consultation.
If you are booking for large events such as weddings, etc. please call in 6 months prior to due date of when items are to be needed. Single items are 3 months prior. Booking goes by schedule and priority of first come first serve.
A 45% deposit is required at the beginning before process starts. All payments should be made in full prior to pickup or shipping. It is your responsibility to ensure that payments are made on time in other to avoid changes in schedules and dates. Products will not be received or ship without completion payments.
Size/Changes
In the case that physical body changes occur it is your responsibility to let us know prior to finishing of garments at the size agreed upon.
-If you lose or gain weight after we will not be liable for free alterations/ or any kind.
Damages
Acceptable: zippers, tear (due to stitching), messes from construction of product.
Non acceptable: weather, body changes, stains not made while in our care

Refunds
If deposit is made and client cancels in the middle of project after materials are already purchased we will not be responsible and no refund will be made

We offer free ship for orders in the United States.
Returns / Exchange

All returns can be made within 7 business days after receipt of shipment. Don’t forget to include your printed invoice/receipt receive with your order.
All products must be return in its original purchased form, new and with tags and labels intact. Please Note: worn/wash/damaged items will not be accepted and therefore will not be returnable/refundable
Sale items are also non refundable and may be exchanged only for store purchase or credit
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds process within 5-10 business days after return is receive. Please contact us if any problems.
Made to order/Customized (online)
There will be no refunds for customized item, exchanges and store credit will be made. 
Please refer to size chart for help with measurements and forms of measurement needed.
