We want you to love your Mawollie purchase. If you have any concerns or wish to initiate a

Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 business days of receiving your order.
- All items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged,
and with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Please include the printed invoice or receipt that was provided with your order.
Please Note: Items that show signs of wear, alterations, washing, stains, fragrances, or
damage will not be accepted and will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Sale Items
- Sale and discounted items are final sale.
- These items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged for store credit or another
product of equal value.
Refunds
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10
business days to your original method of payment.
